Barbed wire provides vital protection for the rest of a fence by preventing downward pressure form cattle or other heavy animals. Tornado manufacture three specifications of barbed wire to suit the variety of fence types available.
  • Standard high tensile barbed wire and lighter version of are used when economy is the priority.
  • Barbed Wires are avialable in 12x12, 14x14,12x14 sizes.
  • Mild steel barbed wire, a traditional barbed wire generally used with mild steel net fences.
  • Whichever barbed wire you choose we recommend that you use two lines above the fence for optimum protection, these should be placed approximately 50mm and150mm above the net.
